The Auto-Lifter, also known as a Vertical Trolley Conveyor (VTC), automates the conveyance of goods on monorail trolleys between operating levels. Ideal for applications with limited space, it streamlines operations with automated feed-in, transfer between levels, and feed-out, eliminating manual intervention.
Goods-on-Hanger (GOH) trolley systems enable the storage and movement of automotive parts in hanging format, ensuring product quality is maintained and achieving high storage density with excellent visibility. These systems support WIP transportation, assembly, high-density storage of finished parts, sortation, pick and pack operations, and vehicle/container loading.
Specific part carriers are developed to maximise storage capacity and maintain product integrity for items stored in hanging format on our overhead monorail systems. These carriers undergo detailed design consideration to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Pouches, or flow bags, provide a gentle yet durable solution for handling delicate products such as vehicle interiors. Made from PVC material with a steel frame skeleton structure, pouches are designed for efficient product handling and parts protection. Reusable and easy to load and unload, they eliminate the need for packaging materials.
