In high-throughput pick-and-pack operations, the build-up of empty carton material at packing stations is one of the most common and costly workflow bottlenecks. GMS Systems' powered overhead empty box conveyor solves this by physically separating carton assembly from packing operations. Rotating overhead conveyors carry empty cartons and totes continuously from the dedicated make-up area to packing stations.
